I previously provided a quote for a diesel generator set for a food processing plant. Based on the customer's data and the plant's actual conditions, I calculated that a 150 kVA AC diesel generator set would be sufficient. However, the customer was concerned about whether 150 kVA would be too much of a waste and worried that my calculations might be incorrect and insufficient. So, let's take a look at the 150 kVA AC diesel generator set. The customer has three food packaging lines, a cold storage facility, workshop lighting, and office electricity, for a total load of approximately 120 kVA. The 150 kVA AC diesel generator set I recommended has a 20% margin. Even if all equipment starts up simultaneously during the morning rush hour, there will be no overload tripping. This is much more reliable than the 120 kVA model we tested previously. However, this was the customer's second purchase, and their primary concern was the stability of the 150 kVA AC diesel generator set. Previously, their old generator suffered from voltage fluctuations, which often caused the cold storage compressor to burn. After purchasing the 150 kVA AC diesel generator set I recommended, they used it for a week and told me they were very happy with it, saying the issues they'd worried about hadn't occurred. They even calculated fuel consumption. At 70% load, this 150 kVA AC diesel generator set consumes approximately 11 liters of diesel per hour, nearly two liters less than a similarly powered, off-brand unit. Running it eight hours a day, they could save nearly two thousand yuan in fuel per month.
The customer also commented on the ease of installation. Despite its impressive power, the 150 kVA AC diesel generator set is compact, perfectly sized for the space we planned and the customer had reserved during the initial negotiation. In the customer's own words, he didn't expect our factory to be so professional. Our price wasn't the highest when he purchased the product, and he initially worried about the AC 150 kVA diesel generator set's quality. But now, those concerns seem unnecessary. We also told the customer that every time we sell a piece of equipment, we're trying to make a new friend, not add to our own worries about after-sales service.
