Gas generator sets are highly efficient, environmentally friendly backup or primary power sources, widely used in industrial, commercial, and household applications. Mastering proper usage techniques is crucial to ensure stable operation and extended service life.

Startup and Operation Management

Before starting, check the gas supply system to ensure there are no leaks in the gas pipelines and that the pressure meets the unit's requirements. During startup, follow the instructions in the operating manual and avoid frequent starts and stops to minimize engine shock. During operation, closely monitor parameters such as oil pressure, water temperature, and voltage. Any abnormalities should be immediately shut down and investigated. During long-term operation, it is recommended to record operating data every 2-4 hours to facilitate unit status analysis.

Maintenance and Care Tips

Regular maintenance is crucial to maintaining unit performance. Clean the air filter and inspect the spark plugs and ignition system every 50-100 hours of operation. Replace the engine oil and filter every 200-300 hours, and check the coolant level. Clean or replace the gas filter monthly to prevent impurities from clogging and affecting combustion efficiency. During extended periods of inactivity, drain the water tank and fuel system, and recharge and maintain the batteries.

Safety Operation Guidelines

Gas generator sets must be properly ventilated during operation to prevent carbon monoxide accumulation. They must not be used in confined spaces, and flammable materials must not be stacked nearby. Operators must receive professional training and be familiar with emergency shutdown procedures. In the event of a thunderstorm or overheating, immediately disconnect the power supply and shut down the unit for maintenance.

Proper operation and scientific maintenance can significantly improve the reliability and economic efficiency of gas generator sets, ensuring stable power supply in various scenarios.
